Specifications include, but are not limited to: Waukesha County is requesting proposals from qualified law firms for the purpose of establishing a contract for legal services for collective bargaining and/or other employment and labor relations matters. It is the intent of Waukesha County to select one firm to provide legal services for the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. The Law Firm will provide collective bargaining services for the labor agreement noted above. In addition to collective bargaining, the need for legal services may occur in any of the following areas: A. Grievance arbitration. B. Unemployment compensation. C. Prohibited practice charges. D. Wage and hour issues. E. Employee benefits and design issues. F. Legal opinions on employment law or related employee relations problems; and G. Other human resources areas as needed.
