Specifications include, but are not limited to: E 1.1 It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for repair and maintenance of overhead and man doors, at four (4) Milwaukee properties, as required by the Milwaukee County Transit System, (MCTS). All parts, items, features or services not specifically mentioned which are necessary or normally provided, shall be furnished by the successful bidder at the bid price and shall conform in quality of materials and workmanship to that usually provided by the standard practices indicated in this specification. MCTS is managed and operated by Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc., and shall be referred to as MTS hereinafter.
