Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families (DSCYF), Division of Family Services (hereafter referred to as the Division or DFS) is requesting proposals for the purpose of awarding contracts to individuals or agencies to provide the following: • Case management services to individuals involved with DFS who are suspected or confirmed to be using alcohol or drugs but are not already receiving services from a community provider focusing on drug and alcohol use. • Consultation and training to DFS staff about substance use. • Liaison services between DFS staff, referred individuals, and community agencies providing support and treatment for substance use.
