Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County is soliciting bids from animal feed suppliers, in the form of bagged feed, supplements, and animal care products as described in these specifications. New Castle County makes no guarantee as to the total quantity that will be purchased under this contract. Vendor must be able to supply and deliver orders within five (5) business days of order placement, and/or on a bi-weekly delivery schedule. All deliveries will be required to occur between 7AM and 6PM Monday through Friday unless otherwise requested. Should the vendor fail to supply the required products within the time frame stipulated, the County reserves the right to obtain the purchase from another source. Repeated failure to supply products as required may result in termination of the contract by the County
