To provide direction, guidance, strategy, and a roadmap for a successful implementation of the Technolutions Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to serve undergraduate, graduate, and international recruitment and enrollment processes. Service would include building out portals, applications, request for information forms, communications and lead nurturing efforts, training of staff and other aspects. Services would also include an audit of current CRM use and strategy, and a prospective student input survey to gather feedback, to better inform effectiveness of use as a new product is implemented.
