Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Fresh Coast Works Project Ambassador 2023-2025 Program focuses on young adults, ages 16 to 24, who reside in the District’s service area. The recruitment focuses primarily on individuals from low-income ZIP codes that serve as the basis for the Target Area Worker Utilization Requirements on District construction projects for program participant recruitment. The learning and work experiences include career exploration, job readiness preparation, natural resource management, urban agriculture, GI, watercourse flood management, construction, and trails. The District is seeking a Consultant to manage additional Fresh Coast Works Project Ambassadors youth crew(s) for up to three years, as budget allows. The Consultant(s) will be tasked with recruiting Program members, providing water industry and career readiness curriculum, developing the Program schedules, coordinating hands-on work experiences with the District, and managing the members and other partners.
