Specifications include, but are not limited to: install green infrastructure and other site improvements under I-94 at W. Becher Street. The work includes, but is not limited to, site grading and finishing, installation of dry stream beds, bio-retention, an asphalt maintenance pathway, native vegetation, bioswales, and trees. Using PVC pipe, the contractor will connect 18 freeway downspouts to the green infrastructure. A Freeway Drainage Collection Feature is an alternative bid item.
