Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this RFI the State hopes to gather information to assist in strategy and policy development surrounding the formulation of its roadmap for Voice Services deployed throughout the Enterprise and available to Authorized Users statewide. The primary objectives of these efforts include the following: Meet the distinct needs of a disparate customer base. Provide cost-effective yet secure and reliable Statewide Enterprise Voice Services. Assist Authorized Users in migration off legacy voice service contracts reaching expiration and drive the ongoing adoption of modern and secure voice technologies. Ensure minimal interruption to current business operations. Maintain existing State Direct Inward Dialing (DID) and Toll-Free numbers. Provide a reliable and efficient number porting process with documented workflows and appropriate oversight of processes from initial request to testing and acceptance. Provide services aligned with industry and government recommendations, standards, and rules or regulations including but not limited to those issued by the following: National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF)
