Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE ITEMS consists of QMP Testing according to Wisconsin DOT Specifications For Chapter 460 HMA pavement items. QMP testing will run concurrently with highway paving by Racine County Public Works and Development Services Personnel. Items include laboratory sampling and testing of HMA mix. Items also include on-site nuclear density testing of HMA pavement. Bidders must appear on the most recent Wisconsin DOT Roster of Eligible Engineering Consultants. Racine County Public Works and Development Services Department will pick-up HMA items from another Vendor’s production facility. The hypothetical quantities on the quote request reflect a typical highway resurfacing project. For each actual highway project, the County will adjust quantities according to project requirements. The County has tentatively scheduled 2023 Quality Management Program Testing to run for approximately 4-weeks during September, October, and November of 2023. 1.
