Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County desires a complete solution that will help prevent a fall rather than just alert when a fall has already occurred. The system must be compatible with our RCare nurse call light system and include 24/7 tech support to ensure seamless continuity of operations. The ideal system will be independently located within the resident’s room and movable throughout the facility as needed, and must accommodate the resident’s privacy and dignity within their living space. The system’s data capturing must generate only the minimum necessary personal health information and ensure the upmost security for all HIPAA-covered documentation and processes (i.e. photo/video recordings, communication alerts, transmission and storage of data, etc.).
