Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests proposals to establish a contract to provide design and construction management services in order to replace the underground fuel tanks at the Public Safety Building, 1000 55th Street, Kenosha, WI 53140. Design Elements: • In general, the project objective is to replace 3 existing underground 10,000 gallon fiberglass tanks. This work is to include the replacement of all associated piping/ plumbing, pumps, fill buckets, sensors and electrical conduits. • Additional site information o New Veeder Root TLS450 monitor installed in 2020 o New Wayne Select Gas Dispensers installed in 2022 o As an alternate in this project, we would also like to design a taller gas canopy (min 14’ feet) to allow truck deliveries. o As an alternate we would also like to install a new diesel fuel dispenser in addition to the current dispensers.
