The contracted employee shall assist a Hines VA employee with assigned administrative and technical duties. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561320. Proficiency in JAWS and Pearl Open Book software. A minimum of five (5) years experience working with a qualified employee with disabilities as a reasonable accommodation General Requirements also include: The contractor s employee must be proficient in the use of commercial software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The contractor s employee must be computer literate, have general familiarity with a desktop computer and the ability to learn and understand how to enter progress notes into patient records. Must be proficient in written and spoken English. Must pass background/security investigation.
