This solicitation is available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under the Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), for Construction Services (Geographic Area – Kansas). Solicitation is set aside for Small Disadvantaged Businesses and Service Disabled Verteran Owned Businesses associated within the geographic area. Access to any and all documents related to this solicitation will only be granted to the listed point of contact for the contract holders (Small Business – Kansas) on the Region 6 Small Business IDIQ. All other requests for access will be denied.
Project # RKS11060 will provide for Improvements to the North Soffit of the Robert J. Dole U.S. Courthouse Building in Kansas City, Kansas. This project will remove unprotected open cell insulation within the north soffit area.
