Epicardial Imaging a. Must be capable of providing epicardial ultrasound imaging of coronary stenoses and graft anastomoses. b. Must provide immediate feedback on the quality of the CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft) surgery. 3. Epiaortic Imaging a. Must be capable of providing epiaortic imaging to provide direct diagnosis of aortic diseases. 4. System must be able to perform transit time flow measurements to verify graft patency while patients are still in the operating room. 5. System must include an L15 High-frequency ultrasound imaging probe. 6. Must include QuickFit TTFM Probes as specified below a. Must include 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm probes. b. Probes must utilize TTFM technology to accurately measure volumetric blood flow intraoperatively. c. Must have capability of being used in surgical applications from cardiac to vascular, transplant and neurosurgery. d. Probes must be able to provide immediate quality assurance feedback. e. Probes must have a design which allows them to secure the vessel in the measurement area without using a slide. f. Probes must also meet worldwide sterilization standards, guaranteeing for a minimum of 50 sterilization cycles. 7. System must include an EKG cable.
