This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04. North American Industrial Classification Standard 532111 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is $47M.
The South Dakota Air National Guard Logistics Readiness Squadron has a requirement for 44 rental vehicles for the 2023 Sioux Falls Airshow.
The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price order for the following:
CLIN 0001 Qty: 27 EA Shall be at a minimum compact sedan size (Pickup trucks or SUV type vehicles are also acceptable but vehicle shall have four doors).
CLIN 0002 Qty: 12 EA Seven passenger mini-van (SUV type vehicles capable of holding at least seven passengers are also acceptable).
CLIN 0003 Qty: 5 EA Full size vans capable of holding eight passengers (Large SUV type vehicles that hold eight passengers are also acceptable).
Note: All rental vehicles shall be clean and free of smoke or other odors.
Preparing and Submitting your Quote:
Quote provided must be based on CLINs above. Rental Vehicles shall be available for pickup by South Dakota Air National Guard (SDANG) personnel no later than the morning of 25 July 2023. Pickup within the Sioux Falls, SD local area is preferred, however pickup of rental vehicles within four hundred miles from Sioux Falls, SD is acceptable. Rental vehicles will be returned by SDANG personnel to location(s) picked up from no later then close of business on 1 August 2023.
Please make quotes valid for a minimum of 30 days.

Evaluation: The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, delivery, and past performance factors considered. Technical, delivery and past performance factors, when combined, are approximately equal when compared to price.
