This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for NNIS Treatment and Control. The intent is to use Forest Service approved herbicides to control non-native invasive plants (NNIP) along Forest Service roads, routes, and trails and within wildlife openings and gravel pits on National Forest System (NFS) lands across the Eagle River-Florence and Lakewood-Laona Ranger Districts of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.
This combined synopsis/solicitation is used as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items, as supplemental with additional information included in the notice The Solicitation is issued under Solicitation No. 12444023Q0019.

The Forest Service contemplates award of Firm-Fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageious to the Government, price and other factors considered.
