SWL w/ Integrated CLASS III Scale and Hanger Bar. 4mx4m (13'x13') or Smaller Non-Recessed Room Covering Track System. Room 130 Line Item 0002: GULDMANN CERTIFIED INSTALLATION. Non Union Labor [and hardware] to install lifts in [list area/specific or # of rooms]. [X] room(s) per day, [X] mobilization(s) of installation team. Electrical work, existing structure demo, modification, or rei nstallation including but not limited to ceilings, walls, tile, patching, painting, acoustic caulking, asbestos abatement, smoke/fire wall repair, fireproofing reapplication, sprinkler relocation and door header modification is outside the scope of work for Guldmann installers and Guldmann is not licensed for performing such work, nor is Guldmann responsible for hiring specific contractors/trades to perform such work. ICRA up to level II provided; additional is responsibility of facili ty. Guldmann will perform light cleaning of the area but returning room to original condition is outside of scope of work for Guldmann installers.
