General Requirements: Brand Name or Equal: PPS 55 Slat Belt Medical BariMill Medical Treadmill and its requested accessories: a) Must have the LCD display with readouts including: speed, incline, distance, calories, time/pace heart rate. b) Must have 120V-20A-HOSPITAL voltage. c) The elevation must reach between 0-25% incline. d) Must have adjustable parallel handrails. e) The width of the treadmill must have a maximum width of 41 inches. f) The length of the treadmill must have a minimum length of 73 inches. g) The height of the treadmill must have a maximum height of 62 inches. h) The running surface of the treadmill must be vulcanized rubber (38-43 shore hardness), individual slats, zero stretch, zero slip toothed, wire-reinforced lateral belts. i) The dimensions of the running surface must have a minimum of 22 inches W x 70 inches L. j) Must have a minimum user weight capacity while running of 400 pounds. k) Must have a minimum user weight capacity while walking of 800 pounds. l) Must have a speed range if 0-12.5 miles per hour, zero start (0.1 mph increments). m) Must have a Polar heart rate telemetry RS232 serial port to connect to compatible equipment. n) Must have a magnetic emergency stop button on handrail and wired remote.
