Additional Requirements:
-Parking lot must be able to accommodate pull through
parking for oversized vehicles (i.e., semis, farming
vehicles, trucks with trailers, etc.). The vehicle should be
able to turnaround.
-The Government wishes to lease space in an existing
building or in a building to be constructed for the
Government’s use.
-4,791 RSF to be used as Special Purpose Space.
-The space offered, its location, and its surrounding
areas must be compatible with the Government’s
intended use.
-First floor space is preferred, shall be contiguous within
the building, meeting the accessibility requirements in the
lease. If space above the first or ground floor is offered,
the space shall have at least one (1) elevator meeting
accessibility requirements of the lease.

Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-10005-22-FA-RLP for leasehold interest in general-purpose and special purpose office and related space in Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due date and time established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicited offer must confirm if they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain.
The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
