10HP Three Phase Paddlewheel Aerators, Quantity 12
1. Introduction: Scientists at the Warmwater Aquaculture Research Unit in Stoneville, MS, are investigating catfish production in intensively aerated aquaculture ponds. These aerators will allow WARU scientists to test the production limits of commercial scale ponds.
2. Scope: The Contractor shall provide 10HP paddlewheel aerators according to the description and quantity listed.
3. Technical Requirements: 10 HP, 3-phase paddlewheel aerators.
Specifications: Powered by electric WEG motors that are 10HP, three phase, 460/480V and 1750 RPM; direct-drive shaft; rotor should have 76 blades welded in spiral configuration, floats should be made from marine-grade aluminum tanks, minimum SOTR of 27 lbs O2/h; dimensions: 16’9” x 98”.
