As stated on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, depending on responses received, distinct line items may be awarded to separate vendors. The Government’s intent is to issue one or more purchase order(s), and invoicing and payment will be made through WAWF. However, the Government will procure and pay using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) if the individual purchase falls at or below the micro-purchase threshold.
Amendment 1 added 26 July 2023:
a. The following line items require assembly as stated within the characteristics:
- 0017 – 0020
- 0048 (0048AA – AL)
- 0049 (0049AA – AK)
b. Partial quotes will be considered.
Amendment 2 added 31 July 2023:
a. Ship to Address: 3110 Mitchell St, Madison, WI 53704
b. Bill to Address: Billing will be completed through WAWF IAW DFARS 252.232-7003 and instructions will be provided within any resulting awards. The government may procure and pay using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) if distinct line items are awarded to separate vendors and the individual purchase falls at or below the micro-purchase threshold.
Amendment 3 added 9 August 2023:
a. Brand Name or Equal Clarification: All items requested are brand name or equal unless annotated as brand name. Vendors are encouraged to quote items other than the brand name requested if the characteristics are met.
b. Extend the quote due time to 11:00 PM Central on Aug 09, 2023.
