Typically how large are the groups? Therapy will be provided in group format. A typical group consists of an average of 10-15 participants. Would you like us to present licensure details and insurance details along with the solicitation or can we present those once we have been awarded the contract? Please see Section E for all  requirements. We see no request for a curriculum statement, do you need one? Please see section E of the solicitation. Will we be briefed on the background of each patient? what their condition is and what our suggestions are to help them?  Yoga therapist will be briefed on any safety concerns when clinically appropriate. Can you show us what a typical weeks scheduling will look like: when we will be required onsite, What are those hours? A typical week is Mon-Friday facilitating groups in inpatient and outpatient setting. All groups are required on site. No virtual groups. Group hours may vary to accommodate program needs. Schedule flexibility is required. Can you describe the parking situation? Will we be given a staff parking badge? Is there a small lock up we could have to keep some small things/equipment: Free staff parking is located throughout facility. Office space will be provided to store belongings and equipment. Do all the yoga teachers need to be therapists? Is being certified with the required training acceptable? Yes, Yoga Therapist is required due to complexity of patients.Â
