SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for market research purposes to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing PULMONARY PHYSICIAN SERVICES. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Please clearly identify any information your company considers sensitive or proprietary. PULMONARY PHYSICIAN SERVICES: The contractor shall provide On-Site Pulmonary Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained in the Performance Work Statement to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Sioux Falls SD VA Hospital. Specific requirements include: Pulmonary Physician Service, 1.0 FTE, On-Site, Board Certified or Board Eligible On-Call Services Available within 15 minutes by phone; includes phone call only consultations On site Call-Back Available on site within 60 minutes (Minimum 1-hour charge and 15-minute increments thereafter, time starts when arrives on site) For additional information, review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a new requirement, and services are not currently performed under any contract. The anticipated contract is firm fixed price contract with services estimated to commence on April 1, 2024. The capabilities will be used to determine if the acquisition will be set-aside for small business or if it will be an unrestricted procurement (all business size). Other than small businesses (i.e., large businesses) are requested to respond to this notice in the event the market does not indicate enough small business interest to support a set-aside.
