Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, Legacy Imaging System Material as shown in the table attached. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335929. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. The Product Supply Code (PSC) is 5995.
This requirement contains drawings that are designated as Distribution Statement D and export controlled. Distribution is authorized to the Department of Defense (DoD) and United States DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the technical specification drawings. In order to obtain access to the drawings, the offeror shall submit a request in the SAM.gov posting and provide company name, CAGE code, and JCP Custodian contact information. Once JCP certification and JCP custodian are confirmed, the Government will approve the offerors request for access to the drawings. Only the JCP custodian may request access to drawings.
