This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Agency number 140R6023Q0071 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.
This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining; PSC is 5610 Mineral Construction Materials, Bulk, with a business size standard of 500 employees.
This supply requirement is for the delivery of Rip Rap and Gravel with Material Specifications in accordance with MDT Standard and Supplemental Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2020 Edition V3.1.
