Installation details:
The vendor will be responsible for the delivery and offloading of the machine upon arrival. The door height/width that the machine must be transported through is 20'x20'. There are no steps/obstructions that will limit the turning radius when the machine is transported from the truck to the facility. The machine will be resting on concrete and a forklift will not be provided to assist with the offloading and installation of the machine. The electrical wiring will be done by facility maintenance after placement of the machine but before its initial startup.
The vendor will be responsible for the initial startup of the machine taking place prior to the training. Coordination between the customer and the vender will take place to set up a time and date for this action.
Training Class details:
The vendor is required to provide onsite hands-on training. The training class will be anywhere between 2-4 individuals. Please provide a maximin number of individuals that may be trained at one time.
