The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), US Border Patrol has a requirement for a stock trailer in support of the Horse Patrol Program.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation, number 70B01C23Q00000364 is a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 will be available for review and downloading at the following website: https://sam.gov . The solicitation 70B01C23Q00000364 incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05. The NAICS Code is 336212 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is competitive and restricted to total small business for truck trailer manufacturing in accordance with the specifications stated in the Statement of Work using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
A firm fixed price quote is requested for the following:
SCOPE OF WORK: Provide one (1) fully assembled stock trailer with tack room with the features and accessories listed in the statement of work.

Price:
Offerors must include all applicable costs (Example: Components, Shipping) in their quote. The total quoted price for all components will be the evaluated price. A price analysis will be conducted using one or more of the techniques listed in FAR 15.404-1(b) to determine whether proposed prices are fair and reasonable. The Government may conduct a cost analysis if a price analysis cannot be performed due to lack of sufficient information. The Government may determine that a quote is unacceptable if the prices proposed are materially unbalanced between line items. Unbalanced pricing exists when, despite an acceptable total evaluated price, the price of one or more order line items is significantly overstated or understated as indicated by the application of cost or price analysis techniques.
REQUIREMENTS:
