The Black Hills Health Care System is requiring a JCB 270T Compact Track Loader -or- Equivalent. This requirement includes equipment procurement and delivery. The contractor shall supply the required equipment or equivalent.

The attachments to the Compact Track Loader -or- Equivalent, included with your response shall bring the main piece of equipment up to the same level of functionality that would be achieved with the items listed.

3. Shipping/Delivery:
