Delaware National Guard Regional Training Institute (RTI) at Bethany Beach Training Site (BBTS) sustained storm damage of its high frequency (HF) radio antennae and possibly the 70-foot guy-wired Aluma Tower model T-100HN mast supporting the antennae. The HF antennae needs to be replaced in its entirety. The tower mast needs to be inspected for structural integrity and suitability for function. If needed, tower and its ancillary equipment will need repair prior to antennae installation.
Contractor to provide inspection report, tower repairs if needed, and procurement and installation of EAntenna HF Rotatable Antennae 17820.MINI6B, or approved equal, and ancillary attachment items. Project delivery no later than 90 days after award of contract.
