Offerors must be certified as SDVOSBs and able to provide all requirements in the Product Specifications to the Fargo VAMC in Fargo, ND. Proposal prices must be fair and reasonable and in the best interest of the Government in order to be considered. This solicitation is open until 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Monday, 25 September 2023.
