Project Description:
Provide 4,699 gallons of E-10 gasoline and 3,750 gallons of No. 1 diesel fuel (dyed). The contractor shall deliver fuel to the Oahe Project maintenance facility located 15 minutes outside of Pierre, SD.

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 324110 Petroleum Refineries, with a size standard for Small Business of 1500 employees.
All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 324110 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer.
