This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (HIS) intends to award a Fixed-Priced contract in response to Request for Quotation RFQ-BFSU-24-002, Haag Streit Slit Lamps and Tonometer at the Blackfeet Service Unit (BFSU) in Brownng, Montana. The items specified in the attached technical specifications are for pricing estimate only. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products; FAR 8.4. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Blackfeet Service Unit attends to award a brand name Haag Streit LED Slit Lamps and Tonometer in pursuant to FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal.

DELIVERY DATE: The Equipment shall be delivered to Blackfeet Community Hospital, 760 Hospital Circle, Browning, Montana within 90 days of award.
DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Within 90 days of award during the Weekdays Monday thru Friday between: 8AM – 5PM.
