The contract will contain a maintenance service agreement of four (4) option years to be exercised at the government’s discretion to provide complete maintenance and repair of AFMAO C3 Operations Center video wall equipment. All hardware components of the Video Wall will be maintained by the vendor. The maintenance service agreement will allow for 24/7 telephone support, and next-day on-site support to include weekends and holidays. The maintenance service agreement will cover full replacement of any defective hardware/software, to include installation, configuration, and labor. The vendor will be responsible for all the servicing technician’s transportation and lodging costs.
