The Department of Interior/Bureau of Reclamation in Upper Colorado Basin is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified Small Businesses, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business) to set aside a Firm Fixed Price contract. Large businesses are allowed to submit a capability statement as well. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision.

NAICS Code 334515 is applicable to this acquisition, and the size standard for a contractor is 750 employees.
Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 , required registration in the System Award Management System (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
