Solicitation is issued as a one-year base contract, fixed-price definite delivery/definite
quantity type contract.
SUBCONTRACTING PLAN: Large Businesses submitting a proposal are
required to submit their subcontracting plan as part of their proposal
by the scheduled closing date and time. Failure to submit a
subcontracting plan may result in the proposal being found technically
unacceptable and may not be considered for further evaluation.

UNICOR's desired delivery is 365 days or sooner after issuance of award.
Vendors are required to provide their best delivery time for
evaluation, and delivery schedule will be established at time of award.
