Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work generally consists of the excavation and installation of a 96-inch precast concrete lift station; an 8-feet by 8-feet valve vault; and a 12-feet by 10-feet building over the valve vault to house the electrical equipment. The lift station will be equipped with two 35 HP submersible Flygt pumps, will include 16-inch PVC force main, 18-inch stormwater influent pipe, 16-inch ductile iron pipe, aluminum access hatch and accessories. The valve vault will contain swing check valves, an air release, valve and gate valve with access via a hatch within the controls building. Site work for this project includes restoration, erosion and sediment control, excavation and backfill for the structures and pipe, seeding, a non-cased bore under 17th Ave, and gravel of the service pad area
