BDO GATE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
Amendment 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date to January 9, 2024, provide responses to contractor questions, and update the scope of work to reflect the Government responses to contractor questions.
Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to add a second site visit and extend the questions and quote due dates. There are no other changes to the attachments or solicitation documents.
***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN BOISE, IDAHO***
A. This is a solicitation for Project # BDO Gate Corrective Actions, Boise District Office, Boise Idaho.
B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to complete the repairs to the BDO complex gates. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information.
C. A site visit will be conducted on 27 November 2023, 11 AM Mountain Time. A second site visit will be conducted on 5 December 2023, 2 PM Mountain Time See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit including instructions to RSVP. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions.
D. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 11 December 2023 by 5:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only.
E. The period of performance for this project is 120 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded.
F. The disclosure of magnitude is less than $25,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(a).
G. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990, size standard of $19.0 million.
H. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project.
I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation.
J. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award. K. Electronic quotes will be the only accepted method for submission of quotes for this solicitation. Traditional paper quotes will not be accepted. M. Quotes are due by 3 January 2024 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
