All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form not later than 0900AM hours PST, December 21st, 2023.
A FS organized site visit will NOT be held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
