General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area:
North: At the Intersection of Hwy 107 and 140 in Gilmanton, proceed West on 140 to Hwy 3 and continue West on Hwy 3 through Tilton. Continue West on Hwy 3 through Franklin to the intersection of S. Main St.
West: Proceed South on S. Main St/Hwy 3 in Franklin. Exit on Old S. Main St. to Hwy 127. Travel South of 127 through Salisbury and Webster to intersection of Hwy 103 (just past Dustin Rd) and head West on 103 past Interstate 89 and continue North/North West, and West on Hwy 103 to Hwy 114 in Bradford. Proceed South on 114 through Henniker, past Weare, and continue East on 114 through Goffstown (do not cross the river in Goffstown). 114 will turn into Elm St.
South: Continue East on 114/Elm St/Center St/Goffstown Back Rd, crossing the Merrimack River
East: After crossing the Merrimack River, travel one block to Elm St and head North two blocks to Webster St and head East. Veer left (North) on Hwy 3 to Intersection of Interstate 93 and head South to Hwy 101. Travel East on Hwy 101 to Hwy 156 just past Raymond and travel North on 156/152 through Nottingham to Northwood. Continue West on 202 and exit North on Hwy 107 through Pittsfield to the intersection of 107 and 140 in Gilmanton and proceed West on 140.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
