This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electric Signals, with a small business size standard of 700 employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial product is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-6 effective 12/04/23. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued.
This requirement is to procure a Borescope Camera for the Eastern Colorado Area Offices (ECAO) in accordance with the salient characteristics.
