This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Prairie Dog Plague Abatement in Iron & Beaver Counties prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L5724Q0011. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry with an Industry Size Standard of $11.5 Million annual revenue. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using "ALL or NONE" basis base contract with four (4) options to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose offer is technically acceptable, price is lowest, and is considered fair and reasonable.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The scope of this contract is to treat burrows within the mapped polygons described in the Statement of Work and to provide Cedar City Field Office with timely GPS data for quick and accurate contract inspection. This contract, in combination with other ongoing plague control efforts, will help control plague outbreaks on BLM-administered lands within the CCFO area.

BASIS FOR AWARD:
This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
