The purpose of the synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS 334111 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on contract opportunities at https:// sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
The New Hampshire Army National Guard requires a Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator. The Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator will include the following CLINS:

CLIN 003: Software
- Must be compliant with TC 3-20
- Preliminary Marksmanship Instruction, MIL- Required weapons familiarization training as outlined in TC 3-20
- Course of Fire- Qualification tables in night-fire, Chemical/Bioligical/Radiological/Nuclear (CBRN) as outlined in TC 3-20
- Advanced shooting drills
- Shooting reaction drills for where shooters are given a shape or color and quickly ID/shoot the shape or color
- Practical Shooting: Advanced training drills for, Military Police, and ground troops
- Distance Range for known distance qualification and training.
- Software, Steel Challenge- Advanced training drills for Military Police, and ground troops
- tutorial on equipment and software

Overall, the descriptions followed by “TC 3-20” are required to meet basic Soldier qualification on individual weapons and the other software is additional training and proficiency oriented for combat arms and marksmanship competitors. One additional capability this product has, is the ability to simulate or replicate real world training areas and ranges that our Soldiers will be shooting live rounds on.
