AM001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide government responses to vendor questions, revise Attachment 1 Salient Features, revise the language in the combined synopsis, and revise the SAM description. There is no change to the quote due date.

A. This is a solicitation for Project # Purchase Tractor with attachments, BLM - Salmon Field Office, Idaho
B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to purchase a compact utility tractor with attachments for backhoe, loader, box blade, rotary cutter, snowblower, liquid sprayer, pallet fork, front blade, and woodchipper per the attached salient features and specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to procure and deliver the tractor and attachments to the designated location.
C. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 1 February 2024 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only.
D. The desired delivery date for this requirement is March 29, 2024.
E. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333111, size standard of 1,250 employees.
F. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project.
G. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation.
H. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award.
