This is a Sources Sought Notice for Fitness Center Management Services at the National Guard Professional Education Center ( NG PEC) at Camp Joseph T. Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199.
The requested services will provide comprehensive management of the SFC Troy Miranda Combat Athletic Performance Center, building 6404, Tennis Courts, next to building 6404, Shiloh Pavilion, building 1525, and the PEC Baseball Field, all located on PEC Campus. Some example primary functions include but are not limited to supervision and monitoring user activities, maintaining inventory, providing instruction on use of all equipment, and facility cleaning services. See section 5.0 of the attached Performance Work Statement-Draft for more examples.
The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.
Although "proposal," "offeror," contractor, and "offeror" may be used in this source sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
Any information received from a contractor in response to this Sources Sought may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as "proprietary" or "confidential," intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law.
This Sources Sought is issued by USP&FO – P&C for the Arkansas Army National Guard. The NAICS code identified for this requirement is 713940 Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers. The requirement is detailed in the Performance Work Statement Draft section of this document.

The purpose of this sources sought is to identify small business companies capable of performing the requested services. Contractors shall identify the NAICS code for the services being offered as well as their size status under said NAICS.
Contractors shall identify pertinent point of contact for company, contractor UEI number for size standard and socioeconomic verification in SAM.
Contractors shall include any relevant comments about the Attachment(s) if applicable.
Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is on/or around September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025. Four, 12-month option periods are anticipated to be included in the requirement.
