Attendance is not mandatory (see provision 52.236-27 Alternate-I of the solicitation). In the case that you are unable to attend the Pre-Bid Conference, we are extending onsite inspections throughout 4-8 March 2024. This will not include a gathering as such mentioned above. If you are planning to inspect the job site on a day other than 7 March 2024, please provide that notice a head of time so that we can designate an escort and follow through with security protocol. We will not conduct inspections before 0930a.m. or after 1:00p.m.
Also, an extension has been add for the completion of Criminal History Check by 1:00 pm time on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
