NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, BUT RATHER A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS TO DETERMINE POTENTIAL SOURCES FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. NO FORMAL SOLICITATION FOR THIS WORK EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
Requirement: This requirement is for preventative and corrective maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment at the Bureau of Reclamation’s Eastern Colorado Area Office to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of these systems.
Description of Products and Services: HVAC Maintenance (PM and CM)
A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included with this Sources Sought Synopsis which states all tasks and requirements that are needed at the locations.
Period of Performance:
Performance period for this contract is one (1) base year plus four (4) one year option periods for a potential maximum contract performance period of five (5) years. The anticipated start date for performance is June 1, 2024.
Place of Performance: All work will take place at the Eastern Colorado Area Office locations:
• 11056 West County Road 18E, Loveland, CO 80537
• 910 Van Buren Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537
Interested vendors are encouraged to respond with their capabilities statement which demonstrates the firm's experience and capability to perform the principal components of the service(s) listed above.
All responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be emailed to Monte Baird at mbaird@usbr.gov by 11:00 a.m. (MST) on Monday, February 12, 2024. The title should incorporate “ECAO HVAC Maintenance” in the subject line.
Packages should include the following information:
1. Business Name and Address
2. Point of Contact to include E-Mail Address and Telephone Number
3. Unique Entity ID (UEI)
4. NAICS code(s) applicable to this requirement
5. Business Size and Type: 8(a), HUBZone, Women-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned, Small Business, Large Businesses, etc.
6. Demonstrate the firm's experience by providing a list of at least three relevant past projects completed within the past five years on similar work.
All businesses are encouraged to limit responses to no more than 10 pages in length. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of potential contractors for solicitation planning purposes only. This is NOT a request for proposals and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this sources sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
When it is determined that a formal solicitation will be issued, a Solicitation Notice will be posted on SAM.gov Federal Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov.
Again, Offerors shall not provide a quote/proposal in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
