The ERDC Cold Regions Research Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) is seeking potential sources to provide annual preventative maintenance services for a generator for one (1) year, plus four (4) option periods. Potential vendors are invited to provide capabilities and potential solution via email to both Kasey.T.Davis@usace.army.mil and CHL-CT-Quotes@usace.army.mill not later than 12:00pm (EST), Friday, 16 February 2024. Please add Email Subject "Sources Sought Response - Generator Maintenance" to your response. Quotations are not sought at this time.

Requirements for this action are listed below:
Task 4.1 General Preventative Maintenance
The contractor shall provide annual preventive maintenance to maximize the life cycle of the generator. Any recommended repairs are to be provided to the RS/GIX CX representative.
Performance Standard
STD: Coordinate and schedule all maintenance with a representative of the RS/GIS CX on a quarterly basis and conduct preventive maintenance. The data center cannot be offline during maintenance; free of errors/omissions.
Task 4.2 Routine Repairs
The contractor shall provide general repairs as approved by the RS/GIS CX representative. Labor will be at an hourly rate.
Performance Standard
STD: Coordinate and schedule repairs with a representative of the RS/GIS CX. The data center cannot be offline during maintenance; free of errors/omissions.
Task 4.3 On-call 24/7 Emergency Service
The contractor shall provide emergency and/or after-hours repairs as approved/requested by the RS/GIS CX representative. Labor will be at an emergency/after-hours hourly rate.
Performance Standard
STD: Respond and be on-site within four (4) hours of notification with the necessary expertise and repair parts and have the generator back online within twenty-four (24) hours of notification of an emergency.
