UFO - MCKAY DAM ROOF REPLACEMENT

All firms responding to this Sources Sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research, and the Government will not entertain question concerning this market research.
The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of business to provide Roof Replacement for the Bureau of Reclamation, Umatilla Field Office (UFO) McKay Dam Residence Building located in Pendleton, Oregon. There will be a site visit schedule for mid-April, 2024.
-Remove existing roofing, including any underlayment, clean the area and haul away debris.
-Install ice and water shield on all drip edges and synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof.
-Install edge metal, flashing, pipe flashing, and static roof vents as required to provide a complete, lead-free roof system.
-Install a shingle roof system of any brand that meets the following minimum specifications:
Style: Architectural
ASTM D3161 Class F for wind (110mph)
UL2218 Class 4 for impact
ASTM E108 Class A fire rating
Potential offers having technical capabilities necessary to meet the needs of the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via email. The capability statement must include the following:
1) Company name and point of contact information.
2) DUNS Number
3) Business size whether large or small. If small please provide size/certification (to include 8(A), HUBZONE, SDVOSB, ETC.)
4) Brief explanation of the services and capabilities your company provides.
Responses are due no later than 1300, Tuesday, February 29, 2024, and shall be electronically submitted to Mike Garloch, mgarloch@usbr.gov. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests.
