Army Contracting Command – Rock Island hereby issues Amendment 01 to RFQ PANROC-24-P-0000 000428 for procurement of roll off containers.
The purpose of Amendment 01 is to provide answers to industry questions.
Q1. How long do the containers need to be?
Answer – 18 feet.
Q2. What is the brand name and model number of the hoist if possible?
Answer – There is no hoist, hook trucks will be utilized.
Q3. What is the make and model of the hook truck picking up the containers?
Answer – Make and model are irrelevant. Specs need to meet the 62-inch hook height.
Q4. What is the make of the hook lift system?
Answer – Ampliroll 140A Series – 31,000lbs.
The date and time for proposal submission has not changed and remains 1500 Central Time 08 MAR 2024.
Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP 2023)
1. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) PANROC-24-P-0000 000428 in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of Roll Off Containers in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA).

2. This RFQ is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, IAW FAR 19.502-2(a), under NAICS code 332439 and Product Service Code 4540.
3. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery shall be FOB (Free on Board) Destination to the following address:

4. Requested Delivery Schedule: 60 days after estimated award date of 29 MAR 2024.
5. The Government will evaluate quotes based on the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) quoted on the Attachment 0002 - Price Matrix and any other price related factors required by the RFQ. The TEP is calculated by multiplying the CLIN quantity times the unit price. Offerors shall complete the Price Matrix in its entirety; failure to do so may render the quote non-responsive.
6. Payment for the purchase order will issue by Department of Finance and Accounting (DFAS) via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Clause 252.232-7006.

10. Evaluation and Award: The Government anticipates awarding a single award Firm Fixed Price purchase order as a result of this RFQ to the responsible, responsive offer with the lowest TEP.
