The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469024Q0019, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This award will be a 120 day ARO.
This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 3373912 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, and Ultra Low Volume (ULV) Fogger Sprayer Salient Characteristics.

Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: “FA469024Q0019_Ultra Low Volume (ULV) Fogger Sprayer”. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota.
The award will be based on the criteria established in the Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Quotes are due to be submitted not later than 1:00pm MDT on 25 March 2024 to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code, and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.
